The May 6th Sunday Matinee playlist has been finalized and is posted at WRUW’s website.  We had two themes:  Spring weather, and “Goodbye” songs.  There are several people ending their shows on WRUW this week, so the “goodbye” theme seemed appropriate. 

Most missed around WRUW will be Joe Riznar’s Friday night show, “Your Favorite Rebellion”.  Joe is hanging up the headphones after 25 years on FM 91.  I wish him well as he returns to civilian life on Friday nights!  His last show airs this Friday night starting at 9:00 pm.  I’m sure it will be a tearful goodbye.

Today’s Sunday Matinee was the final edition of the show for WRUW’s Spring programming schedule.  The new schedule starts on Sunday, May 13 (Mother’s Day) at 2:00 am.  I am applying for the same timeslot of Noon-2:00pm, and crossing my fingers that we’ll continue at the same time!
